Two 13th-century Spanish local maps
Medieval maps are rare, and early medieval Spanish maps that do exist often are unknown by scholars. This essay brings to light two local maps that date to the 13th century. It discusses the context of medieval Spanish map-making and examines these factors in the discovered examples.
