Zusammenfassung:The binding of benzyl ( super(14)C)penicillin to the PBPs of mucoid and non-mucoid strains of P. aeruginosa grown under iron limitation in a chemostat at slow and fast dilution rates was studied. It was found that growth rate had a significant and different effect on the binding of penicillin G to PBPs of both strains.
