Zusammenfassung:In the area of the epidural was a 5mm displaced linear frontal bone fracture traveling rostral up to the coronal suture and caudally involved the frontal sinus, the roof and medial orbital wall, the roof of the ethmoid sinuses, the sphenoid sinus and the right nasal bone (Fig. 1A). CTA further demonstrated herniation and entrapment of the A1-A2 junction segment of right anterior cerebral artery and the Frontopolar branch of the right ACA through the fracture into the sphenoid sinus (Fig. 2A).
