The degree of dispersion of HNT in polyamide matrix was analyzed by mapping the distribution of silicon atoms in the composites. The melt flow rate (MFR, Table 1), actual content of HNT in the composites (Table 1), strength properties in a static tensile test as well as the structure by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Table 2) and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Table 3) were examined. It was found that the degree of HNT dispersion in the polymer matrix depended on their weight content and that the presence of HNT affected the process of PA 6 crystallization in the composites (Fig. 2, Table 2). Stopien zdyspergowania HNT w poliamidowej matrycy analizowano na podstawie map rozkladu atomow krzemu w kompozytach. Oznaczano: wskaznik szybkosci plyniecia (MFR), rzeczywista zawartosc HNT w kompozytach, cechy wytrzymalosciowe w probie statycznego rozciagania, strukture -- metoda skaningowej kalorymetrii roznicowej (DSC) i dynamicznej analizy termomechanicznej (DMTA). Stwierdzono, ze stopien zdyspergowania HNT w matrycy polimerowej zalezy od ich masowego udzialu oraz, ze nanorurki haloizytowe wplywaja na proces krystalizacji PA 6 w kompozytach.
