The novel allele HLA‐DRB1*09:20 differs from HLA‐DRB1*09:01:02 by one nucleotide substitution at codon 9 (AAG‐>CAG) and differs from HLA‐DRB1*09:07 by one nucleotide substitution at codon 13 (TAT‐>TTT).
