Zusammenfassung:	Our previous studies revealed that daintain/AIF-1 promoted the proliferation and migration of breast cancer cells. In the present study, we investigated the effect of daintain/AIF-1 on the cisplatin resistance of breast cancer cells. The results indicated that daintain/AIF-1 reinforced the resistance of breast cancer cells to cisplatin by inhibition of cell apoptosis and reduction of intracellular cisplatin accumulation.
