Zusammenfassung:Abstract Ankle dislocation without concomitant fracture is a rare phenomenon with only a few cases reported in literature. Our case report presents a male who sustained a closed anterolateral ankle dislocation without fractures following a road traffic accident. The patho-anatomy, principles of management and probable complications of this injury have been discussed.
