description The problem of the distribution of a current in an antenna that is an infinitesimally thin, perfectly conducting narrow strip is considered. The antenna is embedded in an anisotropic plasma medium, oriented perpendicularly to an external magnetic field, and excited by an external electromotive force. The problem is reduced to a system of singular integral equations. On the basis of these equations, expressions for the distribution of the current and the antenna impedance are derived and analyzed.
