Mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the parotid infiltrating the chorda tympani nerve
Abstract We present here the first case report of a mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the parotid infiltrating the chorda tympani nerve and also discuss why an initial diagnosis of Bell palsy may be misleading.
