Reporting Primary Data in Scientific Articles: Technical Solutions to a Perennial Problem

The perennial problem of the lack of primary research data in scientific (particularly psychological) research articles is examined. Because of space limitations, most journals tend to exclude raw data, and sometimes omit summary statistics. The implementation of an archive system is discussed.
