This case report presents a case of anterior fracture tooth indicated for extraction and replaced with immediately provisionalized implants to achieve soft-tissue esthetics during implant placement. The esthetic outcome in this case was evaluated objectively using Pink Esthetic Score (PES) and White Esthetic Score (WES) which showed an acceptable soft tissue and prosthetic result, respectively.
