Zusammenfassung: | Stretchable photodetectors (PDs) form an important component of wearable systems used in healthcare applications. High performance and robustness over several cyclic stretching cycles is crucial for these devices to meet the demand of these applications. Herein, we present ZnO nanowires based stretchable PDs that show stable performance for tested range of 10 000 cyclic loading. Further, the presented devices exhibit excellent responsivity (77 A/W), and detectivity (6.6 × 10 13 Jones) for ultraviolet (UV) light, at par or better than common organic and hybrid stretchable PDs. Finally, the utility of the presented device is demonstrated for UV dosage monitoring and the response is compared with a commercial UV color changing sticker. |
