Zusammenfassung: | Smart agriculture or modern farming intends to deliver advanced technology to agricultural production by providing the infrastructure to connect with sensor-based frameworks. These sensor-based frameworks are equipped to work under the technologies such as Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Internet of Things (IoT), which is entitled to perform monitoring, tracking, automating, and analyzing mechanisms through sensors. An automatic irrigation system is based on IoT technology, which means monitoring soil humidity, pressure, and temperature conditions of a farmer’s field, as well as managing the pump of groundwater to the farmer’s field. The aspirations behind this is to increase the good quality of crop cultivation and its quantity while minimizing the need for human labour along with skills. This study and analysis highlights smart agriculture for automatic pest control measures compared with water supply to the crops which eventually sums up the benefits and essentials of modern future farming. The conception of automatic irrigation structure gives a purpose to manage and control pests by giving the right quantity of pesticides based on IoT sprinkler. This study aids to analyse and identify the state of damage and what measures need to be taken to decrease the damage at a progressing percentage. The same strategy has been executed through the government of Tamilnadu in Villupuram and Thanjavur districts using dorms which is relatively an expensive one to implement. |
