60‐1: Invited Paper: Epitaxial, Scalable Nanowire Light Emitters and Photodetectors
In this paper, our novel epitaxial nanowire‐based surface‐emitting lasers and self‐powered, wavelength distinguishable photodetectors in the ultraviolet are reviewed, and their potentially applications to portable sensing and imaging systems for extended environment awareness are discussed.
