Zusammenfassung: | The purpose of the research is to validates the integrated Lean, Green, and Six Sigma (LGSS) model for continuous and incremental improvement in the Indian manufacturing industry to find out the benefits that the firm gained. Validation of the statistically proven framework has been done in the Indian manufacturing industry giving the structural instruments to 35 members of the organization to assess the results from LGSS practices. The approved outcomes are in the Indian perspective; in any situation, the instrument produced can be utilized in a worldwide location. To improve the operational and sustainable performance the manufacturing organizations should adopt this integrated LGSS framework into their operation process. This research is unique that presents an integrated framework of Lean, Green, and Six Sigma to fulfill the need of the Indian manufacturing industry that provides operational and sustainable benefits to the industry. |
