Dual gate driving TGSA TFT exhibits even higher mobility to support a source line DEMUX 1:2 circuit design. A 12.7 inch 3K*2K TDDI TPC LCD with 120Hz refresh rate, DEMUX design and 1.5mm narrow‐bezel was fabricated. This first ultra‐high resolution TDDI TPC LCD product indicates the superiority of our high ultra‐mobility TGSA bilayer oxide TFT technology.
