Zusammenfassung: | The resilience of networks against disruptions is a crucial factor in designing and managing reliable communications. When a network is damaged, one of the consequences is the removal of links, which can impact its functionality in various ways, including synchronization. This research examines how the removal of links affects the ability of a network with higher-order interactions to synchronize. By eliminating different links in small network motifs, we analyze the synchronization of the network both before and after link removal using the master stability function approach. We also take into account the characteristics of the removed links. Comparing the results between pairwise and non-pairwise networks reveals that link removal has a greater disruptive effect on synchronization in higher-order networks. |
