Zusammenfassung: | In this study, we compare Novel Finger Vein Recognition Method to Message Digest 5 (MD5) to determine which algorithm provides better accuracy for creating a secure digital register. This article makes use of the freely accessible PolyU fingerprint database for its data set. 170 individuals were used in the study to determine the efficacy of the anti-scamming strategy for fingerprint identification (Group 1=85, Group 2=85), and the numbers were crunched using G-power 0.8, alpha qualities of 0.05, and beta qualities of 0.2, and a 95% confidence interval. Finger vein recognition method where number of samples (N=10) and Message digest 5 algorithm where number of samples (N=10) are used to provide a secure digital registry for fingerprint identification with an increased accuracy rate. The accuracy rate of the Message digest 5 method is 93.64, while the accuracy rate of the Finger vein identification algorithm is 98.56. There is statistical significance in the research (p0.05; p=0.0218). When compared to the Message digest 5 technique, which is used to generate a secure digital registry, the accuracy rate of the finger vein identification algorithm is much higher. |
