Zusammenfassung:The structures of previously obtained bis(5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-yl)methane, -ethane, -propane, -butane, -ethene were established by quantum chemical calculations at the level of density functional theory and X-ray diffraction analysis. In order to detection antimicrobial properties in vitro primary screening of the synthesized compounds was carried out on two strains of microorganisms: Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. Antifungal properties were assessed in relation to a phytopathogenic fungus Alternarium alternate .
