Zusammenfassung: | Chitosan is a randomly distributed linear polymer made up. It possesses a number of appealing properties, such as biodegradability, cationic characteristics, high biocompatibility, the ability to increase permeability, and more. Chitosan is commonly employed in the pharmaceutical and tissue engineering areas due to its benefits. The goal of this research is to create chitosan nanoparticles incorporating with carbopol-based hydrogel using ionic gelation and tripolyphosphate (T.P.P.) as a crosslinker in static mixers. The static mixing method provided reproducible control over the ionic gel formation, and continuous and scalable production of 273–345 nm chitosan nanoparticles was accomplished. Annona muricata was used as an active ingredient and successfully loaded into the chitosan nanoparticle during the fabrication process. Our research demonstrates that ionic gelation fixed stirring is a reliable method for producing chitosan nanoparticles for drug delivery on a regular basis and at a large scale. |
