description Coffee farmers in Southeast Malang are often at a disadvantage in the trading system because of the limited information they have. This study aims to analyze the factors, actors, and models of the coffee supply chain that are most profitable for coffee farmers. The research method used is descriptive analysis to determine the supply chain model of coffee farmers in Southeast Malang. The analysis used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to find out the most profitable supply chain channel for farmers among the alternatives. The results showed that there were three models of the coffee supply chain in Southeast Malang. The first model is from farmers to collectors, coffee traders, and final consumers. The second model is farmers to large collectors, coffee traders, and final consumers. The third model is from farmers to large collectors, factory exporters, and foreign markets. The first supply chain model has the smallest margin value and the highest farmer share because the marketing channel is quite short, and the marketing costs incurred by the collectors are minimal. The third supply chain model has the largest margin value and the lowest farmer share because the marketing costs are widely accepted by collectors and exporter factories. Based on this analysis, the most efficient model of the coffee supply chain in Southeast Malang is from farmers to collectors, coffee traders, and final consumers.
