Zusammenfassung: | Antitumor Immunotherapy
In article 2309839, Qinyang Wang and co‐workers have developed a CTL‐inspired system that mimics the process of T‐cells attacking tumour cells. The system delivers chemotherapeutic drugs to cancer cells under the control of NIR light. The researchers found that this killing system enables an ultra‐low dose of chemotherapeutic drugs to trigger pyroptosis‐mediated anti‐tumour immune function, leading to tumour regression. |
