This structure has an acceptable fit and is a valid and useful scale for use in Türkiye. Food technology neophobia is important to identify in a society because it affects the market and demand for foods produced with new technologies. In this study, we examined the validity and reliability of the Food Technology Neophobia Scale in the Turkish population and confirmed the validity and reliability of twelve items and three factors. We think that this scale is appropriate and useful to use in Turkish society.
