Zusammenfassung:Natural convection is gaining more consideration as it has become crucial to remove unwanted heat from a product and is likewise monetarily reasonable. The present research focuses on numerical analysis of the heat transfer and flow dynamics from the hot cylindrical body that is in a square enclosure with incompressible fluid as a working medium. The problem for numerical analysis for natural convection induced by a temperature difference between a cold outer square enclosure and a hot inner cylinder for various Rayleigh numbers ranging (10 3 –10 6 ) is considered and further investigated for the flow pattern and heat transfer which would effectively change by the introduction of another small cylinder inside the square enclosure. The results show a 10.34% enhancement in heat transfer when two bluff bodies are introduced at the upper half of the enclosure, compared to the study without any confined bodies nearer.
