Controller Design for Positive T–S Fuzzy Systems with Input Constraints Based on Event-Triggered Mechanism

This paper investigates the design of the event-triggered controller for positive Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems with input constraints. To begin with, considering the characteristics of positive systems, the 1-norm event-triggered mechanism is adopted. Then, by using the linear co-positive Lyapu...

description This paper investigates the design of the event-triggered controller for positive Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems with input constraints. To begin with, considering the characteristics of positive systems, the 1-norm event-triggered mechanism is adopted. Then, by using the linear co-positive Lyapunov function, the positivity and stability of positive T–S fuzzy systems under the event-triggered controller are discussed, and sufficient conditions for the existence of the bounded controller are developed. Furthermore, the occurrence of the Zeno-free phenomenon is illustrated. Finally, a simulation is performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the results in this paper.
