Zusammenfassung:It has been determined in this work that doping of V 2 O 3 both with iron and with aluminum does not influence the structure of the compound but only varies the parameters of the crystal lattice. Despite the fact that the metal–insulator phase transition is retained upon doping for materials based on vanadium(III) oxide V 1.98 Me 0.02 O 3 + X (Me = Fe and Al) ( X = 0.01, 0.04, 0.08), the electric resistance drop upon doping decreases.
