Zusammenfassung:Toward calibration of wideband resistive voltage dividers, a new evaluation system has been developed, and its validation has been made by employing standard inductive voltage dividers calibrated by Thompson's method. The evaluation system, designed within 120 V and 100 kHz ranges, introduced a wideband phase standard as a two-phase signal generator, allowing the phase errors of the phase meters in the system to be measured preliminarily. An error correction for the digital lock-in amplifier has also been applied. Those corrections attained a great evaluation performance. Furthermore, the uncertainty of the evaluation system has been estimated by considering some correlations between the uncertainty contributions factors.
