description | The problem under study is to increase the efficiency of extinguishing forest fires and use of a fire-transport complex. Optimization of the processes of distribution and involvement of limited resources of fire and chemical stations is carried out through the formation of logistically sound management decisions on the organization of transport processes related to the elimination of forest fires. The structural and functional model of distribution of fire and transport resources, based on information technology and logistics systems, is designed to reduce direct damage from a forest fire and the total economic costs of forest protection measures. The developed methodological provisions in the form of procedural algorithms for the optimal choice of the route for the delivery of forces and means to the place of fire and the appointment of sources of fire-fighting water supply can become the basis for creating a software product for an automated workplace for the dispatch control of a forest fire-fighting transport fleet. |
