This research presents the willingness to adopt green practices by Indian manufacturing SMEs and attempts to establish a predictive model for the same. Data were collected through a survey from 383 SMEs in north India.Finding of this research emerged as predictive modeling between willingness and unwillingness and green manufacturing constructs. In addition, there is no significant difference between various green constructs in willingness and unwillingness group. In conclusion, all the SMEs have a positive attitude toward green manufacturing but many are not ready to adopt these practices. The study also provides important insights for policymakers and other regulating bodies a predictive model of explaining the willingness of SMEs toward green manufacturing. |
