description The article is devoted to the preparation of curcuminoids with β-cyclodextrin inclusion complexes nanostructures (Cur:β-CD) and the study of its wound healing effect. Histological studies of the epidermis and dermis of skin samples obtained on the 21st day of the wound healing process on the snipped wound model in Wistar rats in control without treatment, with the use of the combined antibacterial drug baneocin, with the use of β-cyclodextrin and the preparation of nanocomplexes of curcuminoids: β-cyclodextrin (1:2 M:M). By the 21st day from the moment of inflicting the skin wound, the complete closure of the defect with the regenerate, which generally has the structure of normal skin, was registered. Histologically, restoration of all layers of the epithelium is noted. The formation of single hair follicles, mainly closer to the edge of the wound, was noted. In general, the use of Cur:β-CD causes organotypic skin regeneration (scarless healing), that is, processes that restore the original structure of the skin.
