description During Covid-19 pandemic, many countries experienced an economic downturn, causing social disparities, and many people were losing their jobs. Poverty alleviation can be started from a micro-scale scope, namely the formation of productive villages using the socialpreneur approach which aims to empower the community to support the efforts to alleviate poverty in rural residents through a gender approach, namely empowering women through the Productive Village Program. The method used in this research is qualitative research using a narrative approach. By implementing the program, it is expected that women will have an entrepreneurial passion by producing products with economic value. Thus, through this program people are able to generate additional income with products of high economic value through civil technology establishment.
