Zusammenfassung: | Introduction: Chronic diseases and their risk factors account for most global disease burdens. A health intervention could decrease the burden. Objective: to evaluate an intervention to improve vascular disease care. Methods: a cluster randomized controlled trial was conducted in general urban practices for 12 months. Practices were randomly assigned to intervention and control groups after stratification. Results: the probability of change was significantly higher in the intervention group compared to the control group. Conclusions: The intervention had a positive impact on supplier behavior, as evidenced by improved evaluation and record keeping |
