Zusammenfassung:Silicon nanoparticles were generated by ablation process employing a laser nanosecond Nd–Yag laser, 1.06 µm pulse energy of 700 m.J, (using 90 pulses), Δτ=5 nanosecond pulse width. Nanoparticles with diameters ranging from ~50 up to ~250 nm were observed in the result—the creation of silicon nanoparticles based on the ablation process of silicon wafer immersed in double denoised water. Nanoparticles size distribution, surface morphology, and transmission and absorption officiation were studying.
