Zusammenfassung:This study successfully prepared FeSiCr/FeSi soft magnetic powder cores with low eddy current loss by mixing FeSi powders into FeSiCr magnetic powders. Furthermore, the effect of FeSi powders on the magnetic properties of FeSiCr/FeSi soft magnetic composites was systematically studied. The loss separation fitting model was developed, and the loss variation of each part of composite powder core was analyzed and used to further analyze the effect of FeSi powders on amorphous magnetic powders. The analysis results indicated that appropriate mass fraction of FeSi powders could effectively fill the gap between the magnetic powder particles and reduce its loss. The results showed that 5 wt% FeSi powders addition had the best magnetic properties, and its total loss was 444.1 mW/cm 3 ( f  = 1000 kHz, B m = 20 mT). Composite magnetic powder cores reduced eddy current loss by 71.06% ( f  = 500 kHz, B m = 20 mT), significantly reduced its losses and improved magnetic properties. The low eddy current loss of FeSiCr/FeSi composite magnetic powder cores greatly improved the potential of amorphous magnetic powder in high-frequency applications.
