description | Aim research is the development of proposals and practical recommendations aimed at improving the scientific and methodological base for assessing and increasing the effectiveness of land reclamation measures in agriculture. The object of the study is agricultural users of land and water resources in agricultural production, farms and dekhkan farms, as well as WUAs and entities engaged in water management. According to a monographic study of the ameliorative state of lands, the highest indicator is in the Namangan region and the lowest in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The subject of the study is the conditions, factors that affect the effectiveness of land reclamation measures in agriculture and organizational and economic relations that arise in the course of their interaction. The results of the study are substantiated scientific and practical aspects of the effectiveness of land reclamation measures related to natural and climatic factors, including bioclimatic potential, photooptical radiation (PAR), biomass and plant formation processes under the influence of photosynthesis, proposals have been developed to improve the mechanisms of economic incentives for effective use of land and water resources in agriculture. |
