Zusammenfassung: | In this paper, we present a novel chaotic oscillator based mainly on two identical improved Colpitts oscillator coupled to each other. The mathematical model of this proposed chaotic circuit as solved under MATLAB simulator to observe chaotic behavior. For confirm this mathematical model, the oscillator circuit was simulated under ADS simulator, where the results also showed that the proposed chaotic oscillator can generate chaotic oscillation up to 7.5 GHz with a maximal value of the fundamental frequency equal to 0.28
