description eTendering is an electronic mechanism in selecting the right and suitable contractor for the project with the right cost, time and quality. eTendering transforms the conventional tendering process into an internet-based system. However, eTendering implementation in the construction industry is still relatively slow and ineffective. Identifying key drivers of eTendering implementation is essential to enhance the eTendering implementation in the construction industry. Hence, this study aims to identify and review the drivers of eTendering implementation in construction projects. The literature review is based on 25 indexed papers from 2001 to 2020. There are 21 constructs related to eTendering implementation drivers identified and reviewed. These 21 constructs are further categorised into cost saving, time saving and improved quality. Therefore, this study’s finding on drivers of eTendering implementation additionally benefits the construction players to ensure project success.
