description | Poverty is a complex social phenomenon triggered by multidimensional factors, in which information poverty is one of the important dimensions for measuring poverty. By combining the literature on rural information poverty, the article mainly focuses on the research methods, causes and countermeasures of rural information poverty. The genesis is mainly divided into the subject factor and the object factor. The subject factor is subdivided into three levels: information quality, education level and economic ability. The object factors are subdivided into information resource factor imbalance, information infrastructure, natural condition constraints and institutional policy factors. The countermeasures are divided into education, infrastructure construction and policy. Proposing follow-up research can be carried out from a new perspective such as ethnic differences and interest games. |
