Zusammenfassung:Surface SH-wave acoustoelasticity can measure residual stress non-destructively. However, surface SH-wave acoustoelasticity cannot be simulated at present because the asymmetric apparent elastic constant due to acoustoelastic effect cannot be considered. In this study, to develop ultrasonic simulation for surface SH-wave acoustoelasticity, we proposed FDTD considering the asymmetric apparent elastic constant. Simulations were performed for surface SH-wave acoustoelasticity. The result for surface SH-wave acoustoelasticity was consistent with theory for only the proposed method. The results of the simulations suggest that the proposed method works effectively.
