Analysis of the winding speed and winding tension of chemical filaments during the formation of packages by the take-up winding mechanism

In the article the features of the formation of packages from chemical filaments by the take-up winding mechanism are discussed. At present these issues are relevant because of the wide use of chemical filaments in different industries. The purpose of the article is an analysis of two main characteristics of packages formation: the winding speed and winding tension of chemical filaments. The conditions for the stability of the winding tension during the formation of packages by the take-up winding mechanism are determined. The authors also researched the winding speed and revealed the optimal interval of the winding speed changing for the best quality of basalt and glass filaments.
