description This study analyzes the parameters of the success of well stimulation in sandstone formations in seven fields, namely field A, B, C, D, E, F, G. With the aim of knowing the priority weight of each technical criterion that affects the results. well stimulation and determine the priority weight of the stimulation method that has been applied so that it can be known the best type of stimulation in the sandstone formation that has been carried out and the CR value obtained to determine the consistency of the research carried out. The criteria used are permeability, scale index, skin factor, oil production rate, bottom well pressure, productivity index, while for alternative elements there are acidification and hydraulic fractures. The method used in this research is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method will describe complex problems and is useful for quantifying the results of the expert judgment of each respondent involved in the study. The results of this study are the weight of engineering criteria that affect the results of well stimulation, namely the Productivity Index with a weight of 22 and followed by the rate of oil production with a weight of 21, after that there is a skin criterion factor with a weight of 18, and the bottom pressure of the well having a weight of 17, while the permeability with a weight of 11, the last is the scale index with a weight of 10, while the hydraulic fracturing stimulation method was chosen as the best stimulation with the highest priority weight of 69, and the acidizing stimulation method had a lower weight of 31, and for Consistency Ratio (CR) obtained from calculations using the AHP method is -0.23 for the CR value on the criteria and 0 for the average CR value on the alternative, the results obtained indicate that the magnitude of CR
