The data on semen volume and concentration were analyzed using a t-test. Meanwhile, the motility, viability, and abnormality data were analyzed using variance with a completely randomized design with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The results showed no significant interaction between bull breeds and the diluent. The semen volume of Javanese bull (2.18 ml) was not significantly different from that of Ongole Crossbreed bull (2.13 ml); the semen concentration of Javanese bull (1,950 million/ml) was not significantly different from that of Ongole Crossbreed bull (1,975 million/ml). Sperm motility, viability, and abnormalities of Javanese bull were not significantly different from that of Ongole Crossbreed bull (77.75% vs. 78.38%; 81.50% vs. 82.00%; 10.75% vs. 9.50%), Sperm motility and viability diluted with egg yolk citrate was better (P
