Zusammenfassung: | Insertion sequence 256 element detect in MRSA bacterial isolates, transposition in genomic of bacteria elicited change in resistance of S. aureus. IS256 is affect a bout to the resist of antibiotics, this influence detects by exposure S. aureus (that it has contain IS256 in their genome) under stress ciprofloxacin antibiotic. Staphylococcus aureus, Clinical MRSA isolate from nosocomial infection was sampling in wound, identification by compound system Vitek -2 and has resistance to 11(78.5%) antibiotics used in this study, then measured MIC and MBC to Ciprofloxacin 16 µg/ml, using obligate primer and amplified of IS256 in bacterial isolate by using PCR system. S. aureus with a natural insertion of IS256 was cultured with Ciprofloxacin at sub-inhibitory doses applied on brain heart infusion agar and pouring each six hours then a counting transposition frequency and percentage survival fraction put in analysis statistical significance, and impact of study was Ciprofloxacin increased the transposition frequency in bacterial isolate and decreased percentage survival fraction to all antibiotics used in this study and S. aureus had resistance of them. |
