The methods that are adopted currently for children rescue are not efficient and time соnsuming. These inefficient and time consuming processes may leads to loose of children lives when they fell into borewells. Sophisticated and efficient system for children rescue from the borewell is not available in most of the parts of the country. Thus, this article presents an efficient and intelligent robot system capable of moving inside the borewell where the child is trapped and perform required actions to save the child lives. The proposed borewell rescue robot is Raspberry Pi based human соntrоlled embedded system that has been equipped with safety devices required to perform required tasks to save the lives.
