Zusammenfassung: | The aim and purpose of the study was to investigate the granulocyte colony-stimulating aspect (8 mm) endometrium in females undergoing in vitro fertilization. Forty femalesthrough thin, unresponsive endometrium on day of inducing ovulation have been included in the study. In addition, those individuals failed to attain appropriate endometrial density in at least one of their previous IVF rounds. Endometrial thicknesses were 8,76 2,77 mm across all individuals at the beginning of G-CSF injection, however it rose considerably following infusion to 8,42 1,73 mm. We found that onceresearcher separated the set into 2subcategories based on whether studied females delivered, the endometrium grew considerably from 8,87 2,66 to 9,81 2,15 min in the first group (who envisioned) and from 7,72 2,82 to 9,34 2,86 mm in the second. There have been no considerable differences in endometrial thickness between the two groupings before or after G-CSF injection. The diagnostic number of babies born was 19.8%. Researchers discovered that G-CSF infusion results in improved endometrial thickness after 4 days. |
