Zusammenfassung:The process of social learning in the Dayak community is some of the strategies in empowering indigenous Dayak community. This research covers the process of social learning in the environmental characterization model of the indigenous Dayak community. The Dayak ethnic social learning construction serves to increase the empowerment of the ecological environment in empowering the Dayak community. This study describes how to develop social learning activities for the community with an environmental perspective on the Dayak tribe in the Manuhing Raya Farmers Group, Central Kalimantan. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of data collection in this study came from members of the Borneo Institute assisted farmers, trainers for Village Community Empowerment and Customary Heads. The results of the study show that social learning activities that become cultural manifestations in the context of ecological empowerment use local culture.
