Zusammenfassung:This paper proposes two quasi-switched enhanced-boost inverters based on diode-assisted and quasi-Z-source (DA and qZS-qSEBIs). These topologies have discontinuous input current configurations, which can be used in photovoltaic applications. Some benefits of the proposed topologies are step-up the output voltage with a smaller duty cycle and higher modulation index with single-stage conversion, lower input current ripple, less shoot-through (ST) current stress, and having a common ground point between the input source and bridge inverter. Furthermore, the proposed impedance networks are able to reduce the element numbers, stresses, and LC parameters. This leads to reducing the volume, weight, power losses, and cost of the configuration. In addition, an improved finite control set-model predictive control scheme is proposed to control the ac and dc sides. The main advantage of the proposed method compared to conventional methods is that, instead of sampling the capacitor voltage or inductor current on the dc side, the time interval of the ST state is controlled. This allows the proposed scheme to be independent of the configuration and more flexible and generalizable. To verify the theoretical analyses and the abovementioned characteristics, the experimental and simulation results using PSCAD/EMTDC software are presented.
