description The capacity of the ferry-roro in Indonesia is adjusted to the standard capacity of the ports served. The impact of standardization on shipyards is the creation of sister shipbuilding methods with variations between 300 GT to 1500 GT. This situation necessitates the importance of standardizing construction elements according to the Indonesian National Industrial Catalogue. The goal is to increase shipyard productivity. This paper describes the standardization of the size of the ferry-roro construction elements in ship clusters under 500 GT. The results show that there is no significant change from the standardized size. Especially normal frames (60x60x5) and transfer deck beam (75x75x6) have the same value for ships with different Lbp and GT in the range of 200 to 500 Tonnages. The hull plate construction elements show the difference in results. The thickness plates are 10 mm (centre girder, keel, Fore and After Peak Plate), 8 mm (bottom, bilge, floor, deck and side girder plate), and 6 mm (side, inner bottom and collision bulkhead plate).
