The construct equivalence process is followed using semantic, conceptual, and scaling equivalence. A rich description of the translation process for retaining meaning of the original measurement is provided. As borders between countries are blurred by a common goal to improve the effectiveness of teaching, having common measurements in the native tongue will allow more cross-border research.
