Road traffic optimization on the example of intelligent transport system of the city of Krasnoyarsk

The article describes the creation process of an intelligent transport system on the example of the city of Krasnoyarsk. There is proposed a recurrent network planning scheme, on the basis of which the optimal stages of the deployment of an intelligent transport system of the city can be defined. The results of the implementation of an automated traffic control system (ATCS) are analyzed from the perspective of traffic flow optimization in the city of Krasnoyarsk.
